Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 1 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 5 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please note: During low tide, the water level at the beach recedes and exposes rocks and coral beds which may be inconvenient for swimming. Guests are recommended to use the swimming pool during this time. Hillside room types are accessible via jungle funicular and stairs. Guests booked in these room types can expect longer commute times between the guestroom and the main building.
